WHAT IS THE GOOD DAY PROJECT?
For someone who struggles with mental health, the simple act of having a good day is a challenging one. The Good Day Project is a social movement designed by a collective group of Suffolk University students to unite the community through simple and inspiring acts of kindness to make every day a little better for people dealing with mental health issues.
Our goal is to raise awareness of mental health struggles among young adults through online education and the creation of a pay-it-forward positivity movement.
LOOK FOR US ON CAMPUS!
Look for The Good Day Project pay-it-forward cards in and around campus!
Grab a pay-it-forward card and then pass it on (pic of the card). Need some luck or motivation to get through the day? Look for one of our pay-it-forward cards to carry with you to get through it. When you’re ready, write your name on the card and pass it on to someone else who may need it.
"SELFIE LOVE" STATIONS
Look for our custom designed selfie stations in the lobbies of the Sawyer and Somerset buildings!
Look in the mirror to see your strength or get in front of the graffiti wall to tell the world you’re tough enough to tackle it. Share your selfie on social media using the hashtag #TheGoodDayProjectSU and get featured on The Good Day Project website and social media channels!
