There are a number of ways you can learn to manage your mental health to make every day a better one for you.

ON CAMPUS

Suffolk University offers a number of resources for students dealing with mental health struggles including in-depth details on counseling, workshops, medication management and more.

Visit the Suffolk University center for Counseling, Health and Wellness for information on appointments for counseling sessions, free workshops and medication management.  The center also helps students with information on stress management including warning signs, relaxation tips, breathing exercises, time management and more!

The Suffolk University Counseling Center gives students struggling with mental health, wellness and illness access to 24 hour emergency support

ONLINE

There are a number of websites that can help you identify and manage your mental health needs.  Learn about diagnosis, treatment, self- care and more right in your browser.

There are so many resources on mental health and wellness available on the internet with just one click.  Whether you're looking for information on mental illness diagnosis, ways to incorporate mental health into your lifestyle or more, there are a number of websites out there to help you with whatever you need.

SELF CARE

Nobody understands you more than YOU, and that's why it is important to practice self-care in your daily life.  Take the time to treat yourself well with stress management, goal setting, healthy living and meditation.
